Shipping/ Return Policy

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 2 business days due to fraud, All orders will take 2 days to process payments. We appreciate your patience and support. Orders will ship within 2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days after your payment has been processed to receive your order. Email will be sent out when payment has been completed, shipping details and tracking numbers will follow. Any orders placed after 12pm friday WILL NOT be processed until the following Monday. Priority shipping takes 2-5 days with USPS.
After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs.

BEFORE CHECKING OUT, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Please note that we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping delays after we have shipped your package.

 

Are refunds available?

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

Can you make changes to order after order is placed?

Yes but you must call (313-574-6045) IMMEDIATELY after the order is placed, after 24hrs NO because we strive to process/ship orders out as soon as possible.
